Dinner in the sky - Dimitri's birthday surprise...part II

In this post I want to share with you the continuation of my birthday. After the surprise party at home and after doing the exam on Monday morning at nine o'clock, exactly when I thought I was almost dying, Orjola sent me a text message: "Meet me at Linate airport".

Honestly, at first I was quite terrified by the idea of going somewhere with all the stress accumulated considering the fact that next Monday I have another exam, but of course the excitement of going to a new place dispelled any other negative feeling .

We then went to Brussels for 12 hours.

Although it is not the typical city to have fun, me and Orjola had two of the most beautiful experiences of our lives. In the afternoon we did a photo shoot with one of the most renowned photographers in Brussels, Ivo Popov. We will share the pictures with you when they are ready. For now we have just a sneak peek:

We stayed at Le Meridien and we discovered that the room had a great view on what we had to do that evening.

In this post I want to share with you the second experience: Dinner in the sky. It is a dinner on a platform suspended fifty meters above the ground with one of five most renowned chefs in the city.

We had the fortune to have the Italian chef Giovanni Bruno, the owner of "Senza nome", the most famous Italian restaurant in Brussels with one Michelin star.

Despite the initial fear, the rest was all sublime: I had one of the most fantastic dinners of my life with a spectacular view of the city! Really recommended to all!

Share! Share! Share!

See you soon,
Dimitri & Jola
